What people ask before signing up.

Do I have to connect my ad accounts?

No. Insento only reads public information, so there is nothing to authorise and it never has access to your accounts.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes. Your first scan starts as soon as you add a competitor.

Which channels does it cover?

Ads through the Meta Ad Library, competitor websites, and brand mentions across the public web. Reviews and a dedicated social feed are next.

What languages do alerts come in?

English by default, with Hebrew and other languages available. Analysis and reports follow the same language.

Where do findings arrive?

In your live feed, with a weekly email recap.

Can I cancel mid-trial?

Yes, in one click inside the product. No phone call, no email to support.

Is my data private?

Your competitor list is yours alone. Every account is isolated at the database level, enforced by row level security rather than by application code.

How is this different from Google Alerts?

Alerts catches your name in text. Insento sees the ads they run, the prices and pages they change, and what the web says, and tells you what the change means.

Is there an API?

Not yet. An API is planned for the Business plan and is not live today.
